Personal information we collect
‘Personal Information’ is defined as any data about an individual that makes them identifiable. Personal information we collect about you:
- Identity data. Information such as name and title.
- Contact data. Information such as email address, physical address, location and telephone number

- Transaction data. We collect your order information which includes information regarding your purchase history and communications made with regards to any order.
- Marketing data. Any information you have given to us in regards to marketing information (email lists, postal lists).
How we collect information
We collect information from you in a number of different ways depending on how you interact with the site. The main ways that we collect data is through:
- Placing orders
- Subscribing to newsletters
- Entering competitions
- Contacting us
We also collect technical information from third party providers laying out how you interact with our site, your location and the technologies you use. The current list of third parties we use for this information is:

How we store your information
We store the information you provide to us directly on our server which is hosted in a UK data centre. This includes information regarding your account (including name, address, billing details and order history) and any contact form interaction you may have (including leaving product reviews).
We do not store your financial information.
The passwords that you have given us to secure your account is your responsibility to keep secret, we will never share or ask you for your password.
Third parties
We will never share you information with any third party unless you have given your permission to do so (email marketing), or this information is required in order to process your order and ship your goods. These third parties include:
- Delivery partners (Royal Mail, DPD)
- Payment gateway provider (Stripe.com)

Your rights
You have a number of rights regarding your personal information and we work hard to ensure that these are maintained. These are:

- The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you
